eBay came to us for help in shifting current misperceptions about the brand. To increase consumer advocacy and word of mouth, we activated 14 real buyers and sellers across TikTok to show how eBay helps connect them to their passions.
Results: 81% positive sentiment (30pts above benchmark); 73% relevance rate (13 pts above benchmark); 8% average ER (4.2 pts above benchmark)
