Zocdoc came to us to help them restart their social media presence from scratch. The biggest challenge was breaking through a saturated social media landscape where there was an ‘infodemic’ of misinformation about medical knowledge after the pandemic. To drive credibility for the brand, we set a strategy to not promote the product of Zocdoc, but instead use the social channels as an medium to spread accurate medical knowledge from the expert practitioners that the brand has access to.

By using eye-catching graphic design and infographics, we created a way to break down complex and intimidating medical knowledge that was approachable and bite-sized. This content gave people tips for how to navigate the confusing medical system while democratizing medical information so that people can have the confidence to own their medical and health journey.

In order to drive relevance for the brand, we analyzed cultural conversations constantly to identify moments and trends that made sense for the brand to participate in.
